Oak Creek Plaza –  Austin, TX

Oak Creek Plaza is located at 3107 Oak Creek Drive Austin, Texas.  The project is a two story LEED Gold office building consisting of 50,000 square feet of improved office space. The marquee tenant is Brown Hand Center who occupies 16,500 square feet of surgical center and medical office space.  The general contract and architect was Chasco Constructors and Stewart Alderman Block 15 Architects.
