Karcher Medical Clinic
The Saint Alphonsus Medical Group is leasing the recently completed Karcher Road Urgent Care Center to provide needed health care to an area of Nampa, Idaho that has been under-served.
Located at 11035 West Karcher Road, the new health center is situated on the southwest corner of Karcher and Middleton Roads in Nampa, one of the State’s fastest growing areas. The Karcher Clinic consists of 8,000 square feet situated on 1.14 acres. With this facility, St. Alphonsus will be providing urgent care, Family Medicine and Pediatric services.
Approximately 35,000 cars pass through the intersection daily.
Construction on the Health Care Center began in March 2015 and was completed in time for its October 2015 opening. The development team of Retail West Properties, LCA Architects, Keller Associates, Andersen Construction and Stack Rock Group Landscape Architecture were responsible for the design and development of the property.
The clinic has been sold to a local investor, but 1.3 acres of development-ready commercially zoned land remains for a future project under terms of a ground lease or build-to-suit arrangement at this busy, highly visible intersection.
