Bown Medical Clinic

The Bown Health Clinic is located at 2141 Parkcenter Boulevard in Boise, Idaho in the Bown Crossing mixed-use community. The health center consists of 13,200 square feet on 1.3 acres and is leased to the Saint Alphonsus Health System.

The building fronts East Parkcenter Boulevard just east of Bown Way next to Riverside Elementary School. The Bown Health Clinic provides family medicine, urgent care and physical therapy services.

Construction on the Bown Health Clinic began in October 2014 and was completed in time for its June 2015 opening. The development team of Retail West Properties, LCA Architects, River Ridge Engineering Company, Andersen Construction and Stack Rock Group Landscape Architecture were responsible for ‘fitting’ the clinic into the fabric of the compact site, all entitlements, design and construction of the property.

The property has been sold to a local investor.
