Ten Mile Interchange

Ten Mile Interchange is a 122-acre site that was annexed and zoned for predominantly commercial use with some transitional, in 2014 by the City of Meridian. Together with adjacent properties east of Ten Mile and north of Interstate 84, this is likely the largest contiguous commercial site with direct freeway access in a growing market between Salt Lake City and the Portland / Seattle areas.

We envision a multitude of dynamic uses in a relatively high density, market-driven plan hosting a combination of shopping, employment, entertainment and dining, housing, services and walkable public spaces generally in conformance with Meridian’s Ten Mile Interchange Specific Area Plan.
